Age Verification

We reserve the right to use 3rd party age verification systems, in accordance with federal law.

If necessary we reserve the right to ask for identification if necessary. You must be 18 to obtain and use a credit card and to purchase tobacco products. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may card you. This means you will be asked to fax or email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age and shipping address.

ORDER PROCEDURE:

1. Choose the items what you really want. If you are not sure with the diameter for your accessory purchase, just leave a comment to make it all fit.

2. Press the add to cart or buy it now button.
3. You are now in shopping cart where you can check all items you chosen.
4. Press check out after you enter all the payment information.
5. Once we receive the payment confirmation, we will ship your order via your method chosen.

ORDER UPDATE: You will be updated for your order for each step.

1. "Pending" when we received order and not processed yet
2. "Processing" when your payment processed
3. "Shipped" when your order dispatched with Tracking Number
4. "Cancelled" when your order declined from the bank. How to resolve when declined

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS :

Over 99% of our shipments arrive to the customer safe and sound. However occasionally items in a shipment are damaged in transit. All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipping, and professionally packed using high strength corrugated boxes and appropriate fill materials. If you should receive damaged items, YOU MUST RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. This is necessary because when we file a damage claim with the shipper, sometimes they want to collect the merchandise and packaging for inspection. As soon as we are notified by the shipper whether or not they wish to inspect the package we will let you know. If so, they will make arrangements with you directly to pick up the package(s). As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 72 hours), we will ship out your replacement items. Returned Items will be verified they have not been used.

DISCREET PACKAGING :

We pack your orders in discreet plain brown boxes. Rest assured that there is no indication of the nature of our business OR the contents of the packaging. The only information on the box is what is required by shipper: Our address and Fragile Sticker, of course, your name and delivery address. We hope this helps to put your mind at ease.
